I brought in 2 shirts and 2 pairs of pants on Thursday. They said my items would be ready for pick up on Monday. I go in on Monday and they have my shirts but they cannot find my pants. Not only can he not find my pants but he acts like it is not big deal and this happens all the time. I asked him what I am supposed to do for pants and he said he didn't know. He spent about 45 seconds looking for the pants. He said he doesn't know where they are and that is all he could do. I asked what the next step was and he said, "I don't know, someone will probably call you in 2 or 3 days." 2 or 3 Days!!! That is CRAZY! I go back in on Wednesday, and the same gentleman is there to help me. Once again he spends 45 seconds looking for my pants and says no one has found them yet. When I start asking for more details on how I am going to get pants he started getting angry with me and was about to start yelling at me. I am sorry, this is your mistake not mine, you need to fix it. He said the manager is in until 2pm every day, which means nothing because I work every day. Very disappointed in the service. I will never be using this location again.
Very good cleaners. Their customer service is very friendly. They pressed my shirt really nice and their prices are good.
Folded my shirt when it was specifically not requested, leaving creases and wrinkles all over the shirt. Will not go back, recommend you stay away, too.
